Justice Jackson speaks the most on the court, but she seems to understand the least.
The court has already deemed racist gerrymandering illegal, it is now legal precedent.
Ketanji is an activist judge and knows this will doom Democrats.
They don’t want fair representation.
They want rigged outcomes.
