CBC says they cannot support college sports compensation legislaiton "benefiting major athletic institutions that continue to remain silent while Black voting rights & Black political power are being systematically dismantled across the South," through congressional redistricting following the Supreme Court VRA ruling.

Craig Caplan @CraigCaplan - Schumer announced on the Senate floor today: "This week, Democrats will force an eighth vote on our War Powers Resolution to withdraw our troops from hostilities with Iran." Senate is expected to vote tomorrow afternoon on an 8th attempt to advance an Iran powers resolution by Democrats, this one by VA Sen. Tim Kaine. The last attempt failed 49-50 Wednesday.
