Wolf of X @WolfofX - In 2003, 67-year-old Dorothy Fletcher from Liverpool suffered a heart attack on a flight from Manchester to Florida.
When the flight attendants asked if there were any doctors onboard, about 15 cardiologists stood up. They were traveling to a cardiology conference in Orlando.
The doctors used the aircraft’s emergency medical kit and treated her during the flight until the plane diverted to North Carolina, where she was hospitalized. She survived and later attended her daughter’s wedding.

Wolf of X @WolfofX - In December 2020, 8-year-old Olivia Heid and her 4-year-old brother RJ were sledding at Beacon Hill Country Club in New Jersey when their sled slid into an icy pond and broke through the ice.
A group of five teenage boys nearby rushed to help.
One of the teens, 14-year-old Kieran Foley, entered the freezing water while his friends formed a human chain behind him on the ice.
During the rescue, Foley lost a boot in the mud but continued barefoot through the freezing water to reach the children. The kids were then passed safely back to shore one by one.
After the rescue, the children’s family reportedly offered the teens a reward, but the boys refused to accept any money, saying they were simply glad the children were safe.
