White House Press Pool Reports @WHPressPool - In-town pool report #4
Apologies for leaving off the number of the last report, which should have been #3.
President Trump, VP Vance and Secretary Hegseth approached the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at 12:10 p.m., as an elderly man standing on the steps nearby seemed to fall. He appears to be ok and is now seated in a chair.
They saluted as the national anthem is played. The president then stepped forward for the wreath presentation, standing for about a minute in front of the wreath, nodding, and then touching it before turning around to return next to Vance.
Several administration officials, including Secretaries Rollins, Burgum, Collins, Zeldin and FBI Director Kash Patel, are also in attendance behind them.

White House Press Pool Reports @WHPressPool - In-town pool report
The motorcade arrived at Arlington National Cemetery at 11:59 a.m., after passing the site of the president’s planned Triumphal Arch in a roundabout just past the Arlington Memorial Bridge. The president passed anti-arch protestors on the way in, including some with a large fake arch on the Lincoln Memorial side of the bridge that read “86 Trump’s Arch.”
Additional protestors held signs on the cemetery side of the bridge, including one calling the president a “rapist.” Other bystanders near the entrance of the cemetery offered a warmer welcome, such as a few children spotted waving at the motorcade.
A 21-gun salute was ongoing as the motorcade drove through the cemetery.
Pool is hustling to the wreath laying at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. I’ve been informed that service can be spotty in the cemetery.
