They set up an entire global framework over decades with our taxpayer dollars starting with Serbia. They are a monopoly in this space in their ability to work with various governments (and cartels/insurgents!), organize large scale people movements across treacherous territory and borders, facing zero accountability for all the rapes and deaths they’ve caused.
Everyone else (Catholic Charities, etc) is downstream of them.

They were virtually alone in pushing for “migration as a right” before the landmark ECHR rulings in 2011/2012 which created the legal framework.
