Bill passed the Senate Monday 85-5 & House yesterday 358-32. All 32 voting No were Republicans mainly because it didn’t include the SAVE America Act.

358-32: House passed comprehensive affordable housing legislation to increase housing supply, lower costs and cap large investors from buying more than 350 single-family homes. 2/3rds vote (260) was needed for passage. The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, which the Senate approved yesterday 85-5, now heads to President Trump who plans to sign it.
