VP Vance walked down the stairs of AF2 at 10:44 am central and waved to press before getting into his vehicle. His motorcade was rolling at 10:46 am.
Vance is headed to an RNC fundraiser, while pool is taken to the remarks site. Your pooler has asked to attend the fundraiser, unsuccessfully.
