then why don't you want to cut down on the fraud. if you care more about fraud than you do about these health benefits it starts to make it look that you care more about illegal aliens than you do about the citizens of Wisconsin. That's what it looks like to me. I so I'll say to the governor of this state, even though he's not in my political party, the attorney general, anybody else, you have an open offer to come into the White House and to talk about how we can combat fraud together. If you're hiding the food stamp rolls because you don't want to tell us whether illegal aliens are getting food stamps, that's not cooperation, that is you hiding criminal conduct from the American people, and it's a scandal, and it absolutely has to stop.”
