And there's a big technology component to it.
So even if you're in manufacturing, agriculture, a lot of these high-paying jobs, you're still using technology.
So for us, we want the employers to create those learning opportunities, working with trade schools, working with community colleges.
We're very excited about the Working Families Tax Cuts, the Workforce Pell Grants, which allows financial aids for certificate programs.
So instead of only being able to get financial aid for four-year degrees, now you can go to a community college, eight-to 15-week programs, CDL drivers, all these different needs that we need, registered nurse assistants.
