Marine 1 set down on the helipad on the East River about a half mile south of the Brooklyn Bridge at 1536. The president stepped out of the helicopter two minutes later and walked the few feet into his limousine.
At 1544 the motorcade is underway toward midtown.

The president emerged from the plane’s main deck door at 1517 and climbed down the steps.
He waved to the pool but did not approach. He then walked to the helicopter waiting 60 yards away.
Pool has moved to one of four Ospreys and we are awaiting lift to Lower Manhattan.
