Craig Caplan @CraigCaplan - Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) returned his blue slip for U.S District Court for Eastern PA nominee Antonio Pozos,which marked the first time a Democratic senator had returned a blue slip for a Trump judicial nominee for this Congress. Michigan Democratic Senators Elissa Slotkin and Gary Peters also returned both their blue slips for U.S District Court for Eastern MI nominee Michael Martin.

Craig Caplan @CraigCaplan - More Senate votes on President Trump's U.S. District and Circuit nominations are ahead this week after Thune filed cloture on 3 more today including U.S. District Court nominees Michael Martin for Eastern MI & Antonio Pozos for Eastern PA as well as federal judge Daniel Traynor to be elevated to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Senate confirmed Traynor to serve as U.S. District Court for ND in 2019 along party lines 51-41.

The Kay Hagan Tick Act, named after former Senator Kay Hagan (D-NC), who passed away in 2019 due to complications from the Powassan tick-borne virus, was approved by voice vote and now heads to the Senate.
