The claim about high quality came 2 days later, so I don't think this is the same video Posobiec, Johnson etc referred to.

DataRepublican (small r) @DataRepublican - Yep, I believe when people who identified Tyler Robinson in that staircase and a figure on the roof emerges from that staircase at the expected timestamp with no objection from the defense about anyone else being in that staircase, it's Tyler Robinson.
