It was only recently that we saw each other, and it is deeply symbolic that Senator Graham’s last trip abroad was to Kyiv. We talked about important things – continued support for Ukraine and increasing pressure on Russia.
We can see those efforts becoming reality now. And I believe that is the best way to honor his memory: to accomplish what he fought for, particularly when it comes to Ukraine. We must support that aspiration and not let Russia drag this war out. We believe that America has all the necessary tools. President Trump has all the necessary tools. It would only be right to work together this way.
