Tom Fitton @TomFitton - UPDATE: The court raised concerns that the 2 million records in this secret room may not have been searched in response to previous FOIA cases brought by @JudicialWatch and others. The gov't lawyer for FBI refused to back down from the 158 year time line for document processing (for just HALF of the records) and suggests FBI might move to throw our request out of court as "unduly burdensome." The court suggested that the FBI and DOJ provide more information to us so we can narrow some issues.
