-NTSB preliminary report notes the crew reported loss of GPS capability, ATC briefly halted the jamming after multiple aircraft reported issues, but resumed it after the pilots indicated they had visual contact with the airport before the impact.
-The incident, which also started a major wildfire, occurred during scheduled electronic warfare testing despite FAA NOTAM warnings to pilots about potential interference up to hundreds of miles away.
