• No Tax on Social Security: Approximately one million South Carolina seniors benefit from the new senior deduction.
• Bigger Refunds: South Carolina taxpayers saw average tax refunds reach $3,476 .
• Rural Health Investments: South Carolina secured more than $200 million in first-year funding through the Rural Health Transformation Program.
