I will never stop making edits because I make them for the love of the game, but it's ridiculous and rather disheartening when my application is denied due to "unoriginal content." There are clear structural issue with the program.

Kaiser von Lohengramm @KaiserLoengramm - I had high hopes for the new original creators program, that it might cut out the AI slop or the content ripping that gets probably the majority of the revenue on this program. Those hopes are entirely dashed, because guys like @REVIVALNATIONAL have had both their original request and their appeals completely denied.
National Revival is someone who makes completely original edits with his own unique style that distinguishes him, heavily including 80's nostalgia in it. His posts have circulated heavily, to the point even Elon has posted them. But he didn't post them from National Revival directly. Someone else ripped them and that guy got all the direct attention.
Even I saw plenty of his edits circulating through platforms like Instagram, ripped and posted by other people without credit before finding his account. National Revival has made edits that have been seen millions of times by people, of which a fraction actually were from his own posts and efforts directly, and rarely was he credited.
He is without a doubt an original content creator. He should get some form of monetary compensation for the effort he has put into making these with countless hours spent creating some of the best edits there are, to the point where a National Revival Edit is its own unique form. His denial is a slap in the face to the concept that this is to award original creators and an indictment on the entire program. It needs to be rectified.
