POTUS left M1 at 2.24pm and came over to gaggle on the tarmac. He immediately talked about the slide and then talked about the convention.
On the slide:
“So they're checking the slide over here, and I think it's going to take 15 minutes. They were doing a check on the slide, you know, the emergency. So I think it takes about 15 minutes.”
Asked if he was the sure this plane is safe to fly? “Yeah, I am, or I wouldn't be on it.”
Iran: says he thinks war will end after midterms
“I think the war is going to end immediately after the election. I think the war will end immediately after the election.

“Because they can't hold out any longer. They're desperate to try and affect the election so that we can get a nice weak group of people in there and leave them alone and let them have their nuclear weapon. Pool then saw POTUS board AF1 by the steps at 2.34pm. We also watched the slide as we boarded but didn’t see anyone come down it.
Now on plane, will try to get more midterms quotas if there’s time before wheels up
