Andrew Ferguson: I have no doubt that part of the reason we are succeeding in this fraud fight is because the president has cut off access to people from outside the United States.
Who want to come here and rob American citizens blind.
It isn't just foreigners and immigrants that do this by any stretch of the imagination, but there's no doubt that it was a huge incentive to come to this country and to try to steal from the federal piggy bank and steal from American citizens.
And President Trump, shutting down the border, has eliminated that incentive, and that is protecting American citizens, and it is part of this fraud fight.
