Convention of States @COSProject - It's Constitution Week and today happens to be our favorite day of the week -- Article V Day!
It was of course on September 15, 1787, in Philadelphia that Constitutional Convention delegate George Mason insisted that the process for amending the Constitution include a clause that enabled the people through the states to amend their governing document without interference from Congress.

The bill was defeated last month in committee on a 10-11 vote without McConnell and Tuberville present.
