The president is laying all of this at the feet of his predecessor.
He says the Biden administration made it too easy to enroll in Obamacare and even incited people to enroll new claimants, even if they weren't necessarily legitimate, Mehek.

I mean, remember, Obamacare was there to help the worst of the worst people, that were in poverty that really needed help and government aid.
And what did Joe Biden do?
He came in and he ensured that there were lax laws so that immediately somebody that is now a healthcare provider, I call them "fraudulent fixers," John, they came in and they were motivated to get people on the Obamacare exchange.
So they not only stole identities of individuals, they changed people's status when they didn't even know that they were enrolling in this healthcare, and then they continued to collect checks.
