That wasn't enough for Hochul. On May 27 she signed a law cutting off 12 police and sheriff agencies across the state from working with federal law enforcement. Sheriffs who wanted to keep dangerous people off our streets? Banned.
Then @TishJames went after them. She sent the letters, ordered Rensselaer County to fall in line, and threatened the sheriffs who fought back.
And @TomDiNapoli? The state's so-called fiscal watchdog keeps signing the checks for all of it.
