Thanks. Monday and Tuesday I had soreness in my arms and shoulders. I've never had that before and it was very uncomfortable, I could hardly exert myself without my arms being in pain for like 5 minutes afterwards, though luckily it's all but gone now. Now it's just a mild fever.
