in case you read this would you kindly do the needful and explain to me why vulkan-llama.cpp doesn't do shit for me? I haven't tried a better monitoring program yet but task manager shows like 0.2% GPU usage at best while the LLM is outputting text. I haven't tried any image or video stuff yet, is it just useless for text? Or am I missing something? google is not being helpful with this and I refuse to read any actual documentation because I'm not a nerd
