As for the old net moment, its likely to happen but I'm not sure how long it will be.

AI Agents and such will not only reset the internet, but make it entirely unsafe for use as well as the whole banking and electoral systems.
A new form of network will have to be developed that is entirely built on top of AIs themselves, they will be the OS, the network and everything in between.
