It was "long distance" online, we met a few times in person, but I wouldn't/couldn't move and become a wagie, etc.. so it just didn't evolve into anything and eventually we moved on.

I bet it would have been disastrous if I had insisted on it at the time, given my naiveness. But you know, make mistakes, etc...
