Entropy is not well described in the order/chaos axis.
Entropy describes the amount of potential energy. In relation to gravity, an object on top of the table has less entropy than an object that is already on the ground.
You can have organized/disorganized high-entropy.

Gravity does not reverse entropy globally (Nothind does), but it can be used to reverse entropy locally.
