I'm not sure how "implementing" it would look like, but I know having that distinction in mind in everyday decisions of how things are run alone, and orienting the behavior of the staff, is already a great step.

As for Trump and the near future of America and the internet, you should expect them to "enable" the WEF empire to have their control of information and totalitarian system in Europe/Asia/etc... They will keep it from having power within America and its ideological allies, but they will not really fight for a worldwide free society for the next few decades.
