They get biometric data with the new IDs for a couple of years now.
In theory it's optional, have to sign a "I agree of the use of my personal and biometric data" consent form, I'm not sure if can be rejected. Probably the low level bureaucrats have no idea either, and they wouldn't know what to do if someone rejected, and tried to pressure them into signing it. But I'm going into tangents now.
People try to hung onto physical currency, and this spring they amended the constitution adding that it's a right to pay with cash. They can change it anytime they want with their 2/3 majority, but still.
We have scaremongering going about "internet conning". I highly suspect Hungarian secret services run a spamming scheme, sending phishing links via email, sms, facebook messenger and stuff. I assume the govt want to push for online surveillance and mobile spy apps.
>if Orban/Fidesz will actually be able to keep Hungary out of the system or of their bounds to Trump/Elon are just electoral "promises".
Our govt keeps a closer communication with Washington. And we had this space mission with Axiom.
Frankly we should not forget that all the EU countries are the US's clients tho. We a close client now.
>uncensored internet
I'm 100% sure we will fail that. This week they banned Ukrainian media outlets. (I assume it's a DNS block by ISPs, haven't checked yet).
>you should shift to Mi Hazánk Mozgalom immediately
I will. Not sure I can shift the country to that, however. :^)
