>>68197 Sheer luck, seeing as how checking the ignition timing on these engines isn't super easy so I would probably never do it. I found some pics through ebay. Crank rotation is clockwise from this view, and you can see the notch relative to the casting mold line. Very cool of GM to do it this way.
