I think at this point most of the stuff they sell in stores is so aggressively toxic that it's getting easier and easier to quit it. I don't know how it is in the US but here "sweets" are basically a bunch of different shapes and sizes of solid chunks of high fructose corn syrup

first they get you addicted then they leave you high and dry to maximize the damage. I noticed the same thing about yt, it's been like that for much longer for me though, very scarce new vids, 80% of them trash
