What sort of liquids do you drink during the fast? I have heard some people drink broth for the electrolytes. My cars are doing well. I just drove the boomer mobile around after re-checking the valve lash. All is well, though despite today being a US holiday there was still moderate traffic. When will all these fat brown people die or leave or something. That is my biggest wish.
