Soyentists say that having a child young works to extend a woman's fertility window and makes them look more youthful. Could be a good psyop to get vain women to have kids instead of answer emails all day.

The white monsters are my overall favorite; they taste good, are reasonably priced, zero calorie, and don't upset my stomach. The zero calorie green ones taste great but bother my stomach.
The best tasting one I've had are those white/coconut redbulls, though I don't think those are sold in the US anymore. Sadly redbull is pretty expensive here.
