I'm doing OMAD fasting (no food, only sugarless coffee, tea and water until dinner time, but then a big hearty meal at dinner) for a while now. As well as doing 8k U.I vitamin D supplements daily.
I have done it before, and its really good. Immediately eliminated my sinusitis issues and low energy and such.
Humans are not meant to never experience hunger.
