4 days to a week already helps with basic digestive/sleeping/shitting issues. Weight loss and larger issues takes longer, but you can do fasting days (1 or 2 per week) to make it real effective. Real ketosis only happens after 24-40 hours without eating.
Of course you should start easy with OMAD to build up the courage and routine.
