Uplifting women is not an easy task, they are a different beast under a different existential horror. It's "possible", but you wouldn't like what culture would look like in a world built to make virtuous women.
It's extra religious, ritualistic and dark.
White women are particularly worse because they are on the higher side of IQ, so they are in crisis.
It is perhaps easier to mate with less intelligent women, and resolve these issues with technology instead.
