Canadians have massive amounts of guns, the laws are ok for now but may suck later, and the illegal diaspora is mostly pajeets so not a big threat like muzzies. I expect the government to cuck out to Monroe 2.0 without much trouble, and its prime future fertile land as the world heats up.

South America will be a bit messy while the Monroe 2.0 picks up, but the south ends are peak. I'm most familiar with Brazil's south, if you pick any mid/small town in Paraná or Santa Catarina you get mostly white cities with good infrastructure, that produce food and are very well organized, clean and crime free. You can have german, italian or even ukranian flavor depending on what you want, you can also pick coastal cities. The negative being very limited work options and language, if you make money remotely its great.

I wouldn't pick anything outside of the American hemisphere. America itself has plenty of good locations too.
