They seem company simulator to me, rather than asmr videos. Tho I checked two of hers and seems quite good quality. This one has great sounds in the first too minutes too:

So I pick asmr videos for the noises, not to see/hear women do ordinary things. I'm aware some/many people look for spontaneous/accidental asm reaction.
There are worse things, like spit painting or shining lights into the camera (my eyes).
