A weird thing that I have noticed is how when I have not worked out for a while it is the hardest thing to motivate myself to do it, and this continues for maybe a week of difficulty, and after that I almost want to workout every day and have to stop myself almost not to do too much
Another weird thing about working out is how actually very little time you work out; doing a few sets of pushups only takes a few minutes basically
