Sounds like hate crime laws. Which are idiotic.
There are many expressions that can hurt people feelings, calling someone's mom a whore is one example. Why would be a nigger more hurtful? Because it's true?
And if they'd say lazy nigger then that's covered by other laws already. Like libel and whatnot.
