1. Say "hi" to her.
2. Ask "how old are you? I'm just asking because you are so tiny like a kid"
3a. If she says she is a kid then laugh a bit (not loudly) and say "okay, no wonder"
3b. If she says she's an adult then say "you look really youthful"
4. She'll probably thank it, but no matter what say "just want to thank you that time you helped me with my purchase"
5. She'll say something like all right.
6. Move on.
If things look fine you can plot a course from here.
