Anyway even that slop they published (probably done agentically) say that the tool of MAD will be "AI" from now on instead of nukes.
Which actually raises an interesting question. Will AI be regulated the same as nuclear weapons and nuclear material?
And nuclear powers should maintain an arsenal of low tech nuclear armaments, because AI can't hack analogue and cold war era offline electronic devices.
