I do not. I assume you are talking about those who use the driver to drive a normal Brushed DC in 2 speeds, right? Cos the others are just internally geared.
I think the tapped winding thing works more or less like electrical showers work, but shortening the winding path by either grounding a tap or not.
If that is the case of your motor it shoooooooould just scale if you change the phase frequency.
