>>73910 All right, I bite. If you are interested in mounds, here you go. The Carpathian basin (and the Eurasian steppes) are chokefull of mounds. Classic burials of steppe people. It has some variation to it, for example sometimes they built roomy coffin which we could almost call a loghouse if it wasn't about 1m tall. But all are regular graves in the ground with a mound of soil packed above it. Size varies. In larger ones they sometimes bury others later. On the Hungary they have many names, but the most generic term is "Cuman mounds" after that Turkic tribe, despite all the rest of the steppe people used this type of burials from people who we don't even know their names, through the Scythians to the Mongols (among them, ofc Hungarians as well). Typically the Scythian mounds are called kurgans by the archaeologists. Just on the Great Hungarian Plains there are 40 thousand(!) registered Cuman mounds. picrel Triple Mound near VaskĂșt
