It's too easy to nerd snipe rationalists. Someone once converted a video to base64 and printed it out, and dropped it in MIRIs headquarters. An entire night was lost on #lesswrong irc trying to manually and automatically transcribe it, reverse engineer file formats, etc.

If only there was a way to direct all this unbridled autism at something productive.
