Dominance and simulated rape seem to be distinct fetishes with overlap. I think doms get off on the willing submission of their subs and rape fetishists get off on overpowering them physically. This is why I would not expect doms to be particularly prone to raping. I am not part of any BDSM community, though, so this more from reading and deduction than experience.
