You could use modified crop dusters to fly over the convoy low and slow, then spray the oil or some other flammable liquid over the entire area. You'd need about 20 planes, each covering a portion of the convoy. Russians would likely be taken by surprise by such an unusual attack and probably would not defend effectively against it. At any rate, that convoy needs to be disabled or destroyed as soon as possible.
