For some reason my account shows that I have a credit for the price that I pay for the server. I haven't gotten any emails from them recently, so I don't understand why I would have that credit.
I think this is something on their end, and they still haven't responded to my ticket so they're either getting a lot of requests or they're about to disappear like alpharacks.
Recently, the provider that we used for my work's website also just completely dropped off the face of the earth with no communication. This seems to be getting more and more common.
I took a backup of sportschan last night so I can easily restore it though.
