It's not a problem if you're backed by a zero particle, you will feel if something stinks and avoid it when you get too close. That's why I stopped using the exercise movements and had to remove the qi functions until I could find a way to create my own. The Falun is a formation of our universe, it's not a construct. What is being shared is a construct but it's not a unique work, it's an image representing the karmic elimination process of the universe.
You can read Zhuan Falun literally and go down a degenerated path, or you can treat it as any book and maintain a critical mindset. All the chapters and sections do contain useful information, but the angle is not always beneficial. For example there is the talk about how a qi gong master may be possessed by a "futi", a spirit attaching to them to steal their vital energy. The author also mentions that many qi gong master are like this, and goes on to talk about negative phenomena in the qi gong community. All you have to do is apply the same standard on the author himself and the truth will reveal itself. It's a book written with a subtle disclaimer built in, if you're reading between the lines, it's telling you not to trust the person who wrote it.
