I've directed a stream to you, feel free to give some feedback for other posters to hear how you experience it, if at all.

After defeating a group, I gained control of the assets they had. Most of them are NPCs now so it's like I got this big bag of water and it will start leaking if I try to contain it. Money today isn't gold or gems. Some of it is oil, gas or some other natural resource but you can't save those either (gas must be burned once it's taken out from the ground, it can't be stored by the producer, to illustrate it). Most of it is a form of contract for future labour.

Even if you just keep money in the bank, it's not that it sits there, you're just allowing the bank to invest it for you. It will be used to make someone perform labour.

So what I have to do is decide to either let it be spent according to previous plans, or change those. Naturally a group which opposed me didn't invest in things that gain me, so I have to move that capital around. In the process some will be destroyed because I order it to completely change direction. Maybe if some was in fracking I'll move that to agriculture, but some of it was in agriculture that harms the rainforest, so I'll move that to tourism instead, and so on. In the process there is some that doesn't effect me either way, so right now that part is resting there. That's what I'm offering to send your way. Simply put, making a few 1000 zombies work in a way that may gain you in some way, instead of working for some other purpose which is possibly stepping on your interests.

Imagine you're holding a fire hose spraying water, there is a lot of power in the current flowing by inside your grip, let go and it will start swinging back and forth and maybe knock you out.
Now you could also be on the other end, getting sprayed with water, and then you will definitely get soaked and it won't feel very good. That's being subjected to the force of capital, it's forcing you to move to avoid standing in its way.
The 3rd option is to let someone else hold the hose and move back to the water tank. That's what an investor does, after making sure the right person is holding the hose.

If no one else is interested I'll just change it according to some general plan for what I think is best.
